The University of Louisiana at Monroe hosts an Evening of Honor, an annual event to thank donors who support the university annually with gifts of $1,000 and more. President Bruno also presented the Hall of Distinction Award, which is the university’s highest donor recognition honor. The 2014 recipient, The Lettie Pate Whitehead Foundation has been a part of the ULM family for more than 42 years, providing over $1.8 million in scholarships for female students in healthcare related majors.
